We seek a Senior Financial Analyst to join the WW Amazon Stores (WWAS) Insights, Planning, Analytics, and Technology (IPAT) team. Within IPAT, you will be joining our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team that drives business understanding, financial target setting, and guides external communication regarding company performance and forward-looking expectations.

The WW Stores FP&A team is on a transformation journey, and this role is a critical piece of our vision to evolve the Topline planning and analysis space. You will contribute to new initiatives in the development and execution of automated insights, price analysis, revenue bridges, GenAI initiatives, and performance reporting for WW Stores leadership. In this role, you will manage the performance insights that ensure the business has accurate, timely, and actionable financial intelligence. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership. You will have the opportunity to work across business and finance leaders to drive high-impact outcomes, partnering with teams across Finance, Tech, and Operations to influence strategic decision-making at the executive level.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation and automation and be results-oriented with areas of responsibility including: 1) ownership of daily/weekly topline narratives and variance explanations, partnering with Business and Local FP&A teams, Corporate FP&A, accounting, investor relations, and public relations to drive standardization across tools, reporting, and best practices across Worldwide Amazon Stores; 2) identifying areas of opportunity and risk within Topline trends and performance to forecast; and 3) influencing decision-making to yield better financial and customer outcomes through clear, data-driven insights while owning projects that dive into multiple processes for reporting, planning, and storytelling.

Key job responsibilities
- Supports financial planning, analysis, and development of key business insights for WW Stores topline performance.
- Develops and monitors KPIs for topline metrics, highlighting trends and explaining variances, working with regional and global partners to identify insights including storytelling on the Topline narrative.
- Partners cross-functionally to understand business drivers (channel mix, business input trends, seller fee changes, changes in returns rate, etc.).
- Partners with Engineering, Science, and BI teams to understand data definitions, sources, and builds reporting on agreed-upon metrics.
- Conducts ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support executive communications, planning cycles, and strategic initiatives.
- Leverages AI agents and automation tools to enhance analytical efficiency and accelerate insights delivery.
