We operate at the intersection of commerce, entertainment and advertising, offering unique advertising products, enterprise ad tech and a rich array of unique creative, format and measurement solutions. We offer advertisers premium brand placements on our owned and operated properties, including Prime Video ads, Twitch, Amazon, Live Sports and Prime Video sponsorships as well as on third-party publishers via Amazon Publisher Direct.
Our Agency team, is looking for an Agency Development Manager to join the Amazon Ads Benelux team based in Amsterdam. The Agency Development Manager (ADM) own the Amazon Ads/Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level. ADMs are tasked with accelerating Amazon Ads revenue, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, strategic thinkers with the ability to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our agency clients. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, set and achieve goals, and have the ability to “think big” while prioritizing and delivering bar-raising experiences to Amazon Advertising’s media agency customers. ADMs play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon-focus ideas to their clients. You will be accountable for advertiser growth via strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with agencies.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive the longterm partnership, vision, and value proposition to grow our agency revenues.
• Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video centric solutions.
• Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events
• Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders which drive adoption of Amazon Advertising’s tools and products.
• Liaise with global and technology teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships and product development.
• Create and execute cross-team project plans.
• Work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to get things done.
