Key job responsibilities
• Organizational Effectiveness. Lead complex, multi-year organizational transformations that shape how we work and deliver results. Partner with senior leaders to build customer-centric organizations that foster agility and innovation while strengthening our unique culture.
• Senior Leadership Development. Drive strategic workforce planning and succession strategies for large-scale organizations. Coach and influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor, helping them break traditional mental models and build high-performing teams.
• Strategic Change Leadership. Own end-to-end talent strategy for multiple senior leader led organizations, guiding organizational evolution through innovative approaches and data-driven insights. Build organizational resilience and change capabilities that deliver sustainable transformation at scale.
• Talent Strategy. Architect comprehensive workforce strategies that position us for future success, partnering across HR to create innovative solutions for capability gaps. Lead sophisticated compensation planning and talent review processes to attract and retain top talent.
