The AWS Global Sales (AGS) GTM Strategy Team works closely with internal business leaders to glean their knowledge, incorporate data and information from external sources, and develop our own insights to architect worldwide short- and long-term GTM strategies.

We are Global GTM Strategy Lead to create worldwide GTM strategies and cascade those strategies into our Geographies and Business Units. The ideal candidate listens first and brings humility to conversations with senior AWS Leaders and the senior leadership of our customers. They collaborate effectively, working with a small team on big things. The candidate knows when and where to advocate vigorously for a well-informed position. We expect anyone considering the position to possess keen business and financial acumen, but we are looking for candidates that can identify and incorporate the brilliant insights of others, while selflessly sharing their own.


Key job responsibilities
• Architect GTM strategies for AGS
• Cascade worldwide strategies to AGS Geos and Business Units, supporting local adaptation as needed
• Partner across other functions within AWS to ensure our strategies align
• Develop relationships with internal and external senior leaders across AWS to gain and share strategic insights
• Work with data science teams to develop comprehensive data analyses
• Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations for business decisions
