Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders including Finance, Engineering, IT, HR, Loss Prevention, and regional/global Ops teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Culture and Engagement: Build a strong site culture rooted in Amazon’s Leadership Principles, with a focus on safety, inclusion, and high engagement.
Talent Strategy: Hire and develop top talent, drive succession planning, and lead initiatives on learning, development, and employee retention.
Risk Management: Own and implement safety, compliance, and business continuity plans for the standalone facility.
