Key job responsibilities
Business Impact & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior marketing and marketplace leaders to inform multi-billion dollar investment decisions
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business recommendations
- Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups on measurement approaches and priorities
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and drive the technical vision for marketing measurement solutions across Amazon's global marketplace
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through ML/AI innovations
- Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals and emerging technologies
- Lead strategic planning and resource allocation across multiple workstreams
- Ensure technical excellence in implementation of measurement methodologies
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts

Program Management & Execution
- Oversee implementation of measurement solutions across multiple marketing channels
